We are Downtown Underground inc it is our mission to give the best quality product to our customer at competitive pricing, without loosing regard for safety as we try to make the customer feel like we work for them and them alone. We want our customers to feel like they have gotten the finest Jack and Bore for their hard earned dollars. We want our customers to feel that they won't need to shop elsewhere to get what they want. We want them to think of us anytime the words Jack and Bore come up on a jobsite. We will do everything possible to make sure we are not undersold. If someone finds a price lower than ours, we will try to match it or beat it. We feel we are the best at what we do and we want the opportunity to show everyone else..

Our Foreman

We are proud to have a qualified and competent group of guys who put the casing and drills into the ground for us. Our foreman have many years of boring experience under their belts. We have a good group of guys to back them up and form the foundation of road boring excellence. We currently have two full time crews as well as the ability to mix and match guys in order to form three crews when needed. We are thankful to have our guys and we hope that you will agree that they are among the best at what they do.

Mitch Carter- President

With over 25 years in the boring business, There hasn't been much that Mitch hasn't seen or done, but always eager and always learning he is taking the step up to the next level and leading an experienced staff to reach new levels in quality and craftsmanship. We do train new people from time to time, and take great pride in watching the newbies become experts in their craft. We are believers that quality breeds quality.
