Our specialty is jacking steel casing to your specifications for use as anything you need it for. Whether that is storm drainage or just as a sleeve for your carrier pipe. We are also set up to take care of your line and grade needs. Though Jack and Bore is never a perfect science, we at Downtown are trying to change that view of road boring.

We at Downtown are always trying to find new technologies that push the industry forward. We are currently experimenting with dewatering socks installed with a directional drill machine. We use this in areas that wellpointing cannot be accomplished due to long stretches of asphalt without a break or median. We have been trying both 4" slotted pvc sock material as well as multiple 1-1/2" screen material incorporated into the wellpoint system itself and tunable with a ball valve to limit air once the groundwater begins to receed.

We have a broad client base that ranges throughout the state. We currently do work for several large contractors in the northern part of Florida, including Superior Construction as well as Hamlet Construction in north central Florida. These are just several of the clients we have serviced for the past few years and we appreciate their continued patronage.
